Thinking about selling your home? I use a method called Target Marketing to get your home sold quickly and for top dollar. Most agents will list your home on the MLS and hope that it sells fast. That works in a hot sellers market but what about the other cycles? I spend thousands of dollars in advertising to get my client's home in front of the most opportune buyers. Who is the most opportune buyer? We figure that out based on a multitude of factors. The simple example is if you lived on a Saltwater Canal in Palm Coast, your most opportune buyer is a boat owner. We can get a list of everyone with a registered boat and send them the information about your house. If your house has a fully fenced yard, one mile from the hospital, in the most popular school district then we would send it people who work in health care, have kids, and pets. This doesn't mean that an older couple with no pets or kids won't buy your house. They still may, but the health care worker is much more likely to pay a premium because buying your home is more of a perfect fit. Furthermore, I like your chances of winning the "bidding war" when you're the only bid. Why more agents haven't figured this out yet is beyond me.
