The new construction business in Palm Coast is booming. There are several different builders, with different price ranges, different quality, different offers, different locations, and different reputations. Why take a chance going at it alone? 

Builders have their own sales associates, but THEY DON'T WORK FOR YOU!!! Their associates will always have the Builder's best interest in mind. Save yourself some time and effort by working with me. You don't have to look far, mostly on social media, to hear from local people who regret going directly to the Builder. One horror story that comes to mind, a couple built a nice new house, only to see several duplexes being build on the same street later that year. Shame on them, any agent would have disclosed their home was zoned for duplexes before they built. Their builder must have forgot to mention that.
